Tokushima AJET Musical 2024 - The SpongeBob Musical

After our previous year's success with reviving the yearly community theater production of the Tokushima AJET Musical, I strived to create something bigger and bolder. We grew our team to over 30 people, sought out additional financial support from our sponsor USJETAA, and increased the scope of the show. I managed every aspect of production from start to finish. USJETAA also featured me in an interview and used our project as a case study for their own promotional materials.

Tokushima AJET Musical 2023 - The Little Mermaid

I coordinated every aspect of production for this stage musical, including scheduling, managing the budget, scriptwriting, marketing, acquiring sponsors, coordinating televising the event with local media outlets, and reserving the venues and equipment (as well as acting on stage!). With only a 9-person team, we were able to create this stage production from scratch in only two months. In addition, this was the post-pandemic revival of the nearly 30-year tradition that is the Tokushima AJET Musical. Due to the cancellation of the 2020 Musical, we had to get creative on how to use a limited budget to create something truly special and ejoyable for the audience.
